A 12-week online training program that includes:
- An efficient 4 day-a-week program focused on strength, mobility, fat burning and metabolic conditioning
- Movement Assessment (in-person or over Zoom) to ensure exercises are performed with proper form. This takes as many sessions as needed to ensure you’re moving properly. Followed by video uploads of your workouts.
- Nutrition Consulting – A program tailored to your specific goals
- “Let’s catch up” calls with me every 2 weeks
- Direct email access to me with a 24-hour response
- Monthly newsletter that discusses holistic approaches to life – focuses on the mind, heart, soul and body

Steve is knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to identify three key weaknesses in my squat that were ultimately causing me pain. He provided me with exercises to strengthen areas of weakness and stretches to increase my mobility. I am now able to squat without pain! I would highly recommend Steve to anyone I know!
